This platform is used for internal choir organization and rehearsal preparation. Access is intended only for registered members.

User accounts are required for use. Login and account data may be processed, for example email address and, if used, display name.

If the relevant features are configured, the platform may also store choir-related access or usage data for content, such as rehearsal material, files, or internal organization content.

To help choir organizers see whether preparation material reaches members, the app stores a compact summary of each active member’s last meaningful app use and compact per-resource activity for practice material, practice notes, assignments, sheet music or interactive scores, audio reference recordings, rehearsals, and concerts. It also records when the calendar page was viewed. Assignments can be marked done by the member. It does not store a full click history, scrolling, time on page, or detailed playback history. Audio reference recordings count only after at least 15 seconds of listening. Resource-level engagement details are cleaned after about 30 days; last-use summaries and recently opened piece activity may be retained longer for app features.

Supabase is used for authentication, database, and file storage. Vercel is used for hosting the application and for Web Analytics.

This app uses Vercel Web Analytics to evaluate page views and basic usage statistics in aggregated form. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Visitors are distinguished using a hash generated from the incoming request and renewed daily. Data that may be processed includes the visited URL, referrer, approximate region, browser, operating system, device type, and timestamp. The data is used only for aggregated statistics and no custom analytics events are currently tracked.

Technically necessary cookies, local storage, or session storage may be used for login, session management, and security.

If you select Remember your choir on this device, a signed functional cookie stores only the last active choir ID. It lets the next login show that choir’s current name and logo and helps select an eligible choir after sign-in. The checkbox is hidden while the preference is active. The cookie contains no name, logo, email address, membership, role, or authentication token, grants no access, and can be cleared with Not your choir? Switch choir or replaced after a validated choir switch.

Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. Marketing cookies are not used in the current version, so no cookie banner is shown.
